Prior to joining Quercus Canyon, Ms. Shin was the Manager of Accounting and Finance for USRG for 7 years. Ms. Shin was responsible for various finance and accounting functions of USRG’s management company, as well as its private equity funds, including the general partner and portfolio investment holding related entities. Ms. Shin has 13 years of financial accounting experience including monthly financial reporting, investment tracking, financial analysis, and accounts payable & receivable. Prior to joining USRG, Ms. Shin was involved in managing and retooling operations in her family’s hotel and restaurant business. Prior to returning to Los Angeles, Ms. Shin was with Goldman Sachs’ Global Equity Research Group as the Restaurant Sector Analyst. While at Goldman, Ms. Shin was a key contributor in several IPO, convertible debt, and merger & acquisition transactions in the hospitality industry.

Ms. Shin holds a B.S. in Management Science/Finance, as well as a B.S. in Art & Design, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
