Prior to joining Quercus Canyon, Ms. Chavez was a member of the Finance and Accounting team at USRG for 8 years. Ms. Chavez joined USRG in 2007 at the beginning of her career, and managed USRG’s corporate records and assisted in M&A transactions. In addition, Ms. Chavez managed the formation, business filings and qualifications in various state jurisdictions, and other formative issues related to creating and maintaining newly established companies. Ms. Chavez was also responsible for day-to-day office operations, as well as assisting with accounts payable and other accounting processes, vendor account management, tax and legal operations.

Ms. Chavez holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Chavez is a licensed Notary Public in the state of California.
