Prior to joining Quercus Canyon, Mrs. Toon was a Senior Tax Associate at USRG for 5 years. Mrs. Toon was responsible for the day to day tax responsibilities such as preparing tax estimates, responding to tax notices, and conducting research. Mrs. Toon also managed the yearly tax return preparation process by coordinating with an outside accounting firm. Mrs. Toon has 10 years of experience working in various areas of the tax field. Mrs. Toon has 4 years public accounting experience including 2 years as a senior tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mrs. Toon holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mrs. Toon is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
