Prior to joining Quercus Canyon, Mr. Lishman was the Assistant Controller at USRG for 10 years. At USRG, Mr. Lishman was responsible for the day to day accounting for USRG’s management company, its separately managed investments, as well as its private equity funds, including the general partner and portfolio investment holding related entities. In addition, Mr. Lishman managed the company’s human resource department as well as the monthly financial reporting process. Mr. Lishman has 14 years of financial accounting experience for various companies where he has worked as a Controller and as an Accounting Manager. Mr. Lishman has 5 years of public accounting experience including 3 years as a Senior Auditor in the Business Advisory Practice at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Lishman holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
