Prior to joining Quercus Canyon, Mr. Garcia was the Controller at USRG for 8 years. Mr. Garcia was responsible for investor relations and investor reporting as well as financial reporting at USRG, including the general partner and portfolio investment holding companies. Mr. Garcia also managed the annual financial statement audits and assisted with the tax reporting function. Prior to joining USRG in 2008, Mr. Garcia was Senior Financial Analyst at Rustic Canyon Partners, a venture capital firm based in Santa Monica, CA. While at Rustic Canyon, Mr. Garcia was responsible for investor reporting, preparing cash flow financial models and financial reports, managing the investments database, and calculating performance metrics for six venture capital funds.

Mr. Garcia holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
